We worked entirely with Steven Oliver, and he was attentive and helpful with our questions and with making sure we got settled in the apartment and that we were comfortable.

We enjoyed our visit to Paris, and our stay in the Le Alesia property made it a special experience, allowing us to live right in the neighborhood.

The apartment is in a great location, very cozy and homey. It is close to all the shops and restaurants and very quiet. Steve is extremely nice and we had a great time. Loved it. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Our favorite feature of the property was the high quality interior.

As before, when we needed to communicate, the responses were quick and polite. We especially appreciated being able to enter the apartment earlier since it had not been rented the day before our arrival.

The benefits of staying at Le Daguerre far outweighed what some might consider valuable: amazing shops and restaurants below the apartment, quiet location, amount of space inside the apartment, proximity to transportation including direct line to CDG. It is true that the apartment is farther away from the most interior arrondissements, and you cannot see the Eiffel Tower, but these are mainly the needs of a person who has never been to Paris before and they pale in comparison to what really matters in having an amazing visit.

Location could not be beat! On top of that, the apartment was SO comfortable and spacious, bed was great. The bottle of bubbly and the milk and cold water in the frig were a very nice touch. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Notre Dame tremendously. Watching the activity outside the large windows while drinking our morning coffee was so enjoyable. Easy access to Metro, and so many restaurants and bars within steps! We highly recommend the apartment, and should our travels bring us back to Paris, we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Steven was very communicative via WhatsApp and it was extremely helpful to make a smooth transition to checking in answering all my questions to make a seamless experience.

We have been staying in the Daguerre area of the 14th for over forty years. After six different rentals over the years, we now have our best and most favorite ever. To live just above the Daguerre markets is a food lover's dream. Everything you need for cooking from scratch or reheating delicacies is footsteps away. We ate most of our meals in the apartment, with its wonderfully equipped kitchen. This apartment is near public transportation, with easy access to both airports, and minutes on foot to the Luxembourg Gardens and the center of Montparnasse, with its shops and restaurants. We have found best place ever to stay in Paris. We can't wait to return.

My Stays at Le Notre Dame have always been excellent.

Steven was very responsive throughout and Aaron rescued us when we arrived at the apartment and didn't realize we needed cash to pay our transportation service! He fronted us the money. That was above and beyond the call of duty! We were embarrassed and so relieved!

We were so happy we found My France Vacation and Le Latin for our Paris adventure celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We actually split our time in Paris, spending seven nights at Le Latin and three in a boutique hotel in the Rue Cler area. There was no comparison! For location, amenities, charm, and a great staff, we far preferred Le Latin and MFVR! We loved the architecture and decor of the apartment and the space it gave us. Everything in the apartment worked well, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had great water pressure (and a towel warmer!), and as Americans addicted to our morning coffee, we appreciated having a coffee maker! We got our Navigo Easy passes and caught the bus just outside the apartment building door many times. Rue Mouffetard offered so many great restaurants and shops to explore. And, we have to give a shout-out to Le Piano Vache where we enjoyed Gypsy Jazz (Jazz Manouche) on the Monday evening of our stay. A 15-minute walk from the apartment. They showcase that style every Monday. Check it out! I should also mention we walked home at midnight that evening after a magical night of great music and felt completely safe. For an authentic Parisian experience in a delightful neighborhood, you can't beat Le Latin!

Communication with owner was timely, check-in was easy.

Unit was clean and felt very Parisian, location in a safe, convenient, non-touristy, residential area was outstanding, access to Metro Line 4 was close with access to all sights. I highly recommend La Alsia. Note that the unit is located up two flights of narrow stairs but we didnt find it a problem to navigate. If you want a a Parisian experience, stay here!

Steven was an incredible host! Every detail from check-in to the apartment itself was perfect and spot-on! Anytime we needed anything, we just reached out to the ever-dependable and courteous Steven.

My favorite Paris apartment ever! The neighborhood is darling! Lots of families and locals, lots of restaurants and gastronomy and lots of shopping. It is a market street after all. You can close the windows if you need quiet or open them if you want all the liveliness of the market street. Every little details was so well thought out in the apartment. The apartment is so darling and cozy and spacious too! They supplied TP, spices, teas and coffee to get you started. Guess what? You only need to walk out the front door to get what you need for the day. We walked to Luxembourg gardens almost everyday and with handy access to the 4, 6 and RER B lines, you can be in any part of Paris you wish. My hubby and I will stay again! We have been traveling to for Paris for 20 years and stayed in many apartments, but this one was our favorite. Merci Beaucoup Steven.

The hosts, Steven and Veronica, were extremely accommodating and efficient. We didn't have any issues or problems at all. The reservation process was very easy and the hosts were very responsive. All pricing was clearly displayed, so we knew exactly what we were going to pay. We liked that we could create a client account (called LiveStay) and make payments when we wanted, add options, or change credit cards.

The apartment on rue Daguerre is just lovely - everything you could possibly need is provided. There are quality appliances, a fully working kitchen, and a comfortable salon and bedroom. But the best part is the location, you walk out the door of the building to fabulous rue Daguerre, full of food shops and places to eat. And if you are adventurous, the Catacombs are nearby.

Le Mouffetard is fabulously designed and quite comfortable. The aesthetic throughout absolutely complements the Parisian experience in such a vibrant location with interesting shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Attention to detail is quite obvious. This group misses pretty much nothing when preparing for guests. Again, I could not imagine coming to Paris and staying anywhere but a My France Vacation apartment.

It's always easy. My communications are mostly with Steven and he is very responsive and knowledgeable about Paris and the apartment.

If I ever win the lottery (I should really buy a ticket!), I would make a generous cash offer to the owners of this apartment. Of course, then I wouldn't have Steven and/or Aaron to help me (but I'd be rich and could hire them, I suppose)! Thanks so much and hopefully, I'll be able to return soon.
