Parking in a private residential underground secure garage is available for $15 per night / $100 per week.
The residence is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment also has the advantage of modern features like a fully equipped, glassed in kitchen, with a table for 4, marble back wash, Italian floor tiles, washer & dryer, dishwasher, and quality utensils.
The main bedroom has a queen bed (160x200cm)
The second bedroom has two single beds (80x190cm)
In the Salon you'll find a flat screen TV with cable channels, High-speed Internet (with WIFI) and Free Long Distance Phone Calls.
The bathroom has a large counter, with Italian, mosaic tiles and double sinks, and a bathtub/shower with glass partition.
You'll be in the Heart of the Latin Quarter, minutes from the Famous Rue Mouffetard, with its open markets, restaurants, specialty foodshops, chic stores, street artists and always stimulating view of Left Bank, Parisian Life. The Jardin des Plantes park, zoo and museum are only a short walk away, as are the Sorbonne, Pantheon and Jardin du Luxembourg.
Readily available Metro and buses will wizz you through Paris, and the main train stations of Paris-Austerlitz and Gare du Lyon will take you to destination beyond Paris' borders.
You can even take the Air-France Bus from the Gare du Lyon directly to the airport.
Cross over the Seine and you'll find the Hotel de Ville, the Centre Pompidou and the celebrated Marais.
So much to see and do, and all only minutes away by foot, or by Metro, bus, or a memorable boat ride on the Seine!

Steven was very responsive throughout and Aaron rescued us when we arrived at the apartment and didn't realize we needed cash to pay our transportation service! He fronted us the money. That was above and beyond the call of duty! We were embarrassed and so relieved!

We were so happy we found My France Vacation and Le Latin for our Paris adventure celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We actually split our time in Paris, spending seven nights at Le Latin and three in a boutique hotel in the Rue Cler area. There was no comparison! For location, amenities, charm, and a great staff, we far preferred Le Latin and MFVR! We loved the architecture and decor of the apartment and the space it gave us. Everything in the apartment worked well, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had great water pressure (and a towel warmer!), and as Americans addicted to our morning coffee, we appreciated having a coffee maker! We got our Navigo Easy passes and caught the bus just outside the apartment building door many times. Rue Mouffetard offered so many great restaurants and shops to explore. And, we have to give a shout-out to Le Piano Vache where we enjoyed Gypsy Jazz (Jazz Manouche) on the Monday evening of our stay. A 15-minute walk from the apartment. They showcase that style every Monday. Check it out! I should also mention we walked home at midnight that evening after a magical night of great music and felt completely safe. For an authentic Parisian experience in a delightful neighborhood, you can't beat Le Latin!

A perfect haven in town, Id go back in a heartbeat. Two bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen, though we only made breakfast. A short walk to Rue Mouffetard with its many shops and restaurants, we went there every evening. Thanks for your help and suggestions Steven!

Le Latin was in an amazing location, felt just Parisian enough but with all the comforts of a modern apartment.
The view out the main bedroom window in the morning, looking across to the old French apartments across the way. Also, the peek a boo view of the Eiffel Tower you could see sparkling in the distance at night!
